Jane leads the FGG Partnership Program and works with investment clubs and realtor groups to promote 1031 Exchange benefits and FGG’s wide range of investment offerings. Jane is experienced in all aspects of investing, managing, and flipping investment properties including 20+ Bay area properties with positive returns to investors.

Jane also specializes in assisting rental property owners to develop and execute successful marketing and reinvestment options and provides assistance for property financing.

Jane graduated from UC Berkeley and holds a B.A in Economics and Statistics. She is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. Jane holds Series 62 and Series 22 securities licenses under FGG’s security’s broker, LightPath Capital, Inc.
