RANDALL HUSMANN

Randall Husmann is Chief Financial Officer and Director of Asset Management of Asset Plus Corporation, a strategic partner of First Guardian Group responsible for property and asset management of select properties. Randall brings over 31 years of financial experience, most recently as the Chief Financial Officer for Dinerstein Companies for the past 22 years. Randall has a record of achievement and demonstrated success in the enhancement of tax benefits/savings and cash management.

Randall is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) who began his career in 1976 with Touche Ross, where he achieved the level of Senior Manager (Tax) and was responsible for real estate compliance and consulting for real estate tax clients.

Randall will work closely with Mike McGrath and Steve Spessard, along with new Asset Management accounts in our retail and student housing divisions. Asset Management is a financial reporting function which is primarily used and required by our Tenant in Common investors.
