Memorial Rehabilitation Hospital is a freestanding inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation center located in Midland, Texas.  This 64,000 SF medical center was built in 1986 by Midland Memorial Hospital as the Clearview Drug and Psychiatric Hospital.  In 1991, it was converted to a skilled nursing facility by Midland Memorial Hospital.  In 2004, with the demand for more rehabilitation beds, the center was converted into an Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) and operated by RehabCare Group.

In July 2006, RehabCare Group, Inc. acquired both the inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation service lines from Midland Memorial Hospital and is subleasing the hospital property. Midland Memorial Healthcare System is the guarantor of the 12 year absolute triple net (NNN) lease. This medical facility is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).  The property has a full kitchen and cafeteria facility, outside swimming pool, inside workout and gym area, and back-up emergency power.
