The property has a long term lease with Hillcrest Health Care Systems, a large Oklahoma Health Care provider with a long track record in the medical field. Ardent Health Services, a well known publicly listed provider of health care services, recently purchased hillcrest Health Care Systems. The facility is utilized in part by Oklahoma State University for patient care, physician's offices, and resident and medical student training.
