Latest Tenant in Common Transaction for FGG

San Jose, October 9, 2007 - First Guardian Group is pleased to announce the closing of FGG Rehab Care Fredericksburg, LLC, a new rehabilitation facility located in Fredericksburg, Virginia. This offering was subscribed primarily by investors seeking a 1031 transaction structured as a Tenant in Common interest.
