FIRST GUARDIAN GROUP AND JUPITER COMMUNITIES TO MANAGE UNIVERSITY COMMONS STUDENT HOUSING PROJECT IN MINNESOTA ANNOUNCES COLLABORATION TO SERVE TIC OWNERSHIP GROUPS
San Jose, CA (March 18, 2011) — First Guardian Group in conjunction with Jupiter Communities, a national multifamily property management firm, announced today that they have taken over management of University Commons in Minneapolis, Minnesota. University Commons is a premier student-housing complex with 164 units and 480 beds located just a few blocks from the University of Minnesota campus.
The University Commons project was recently transitioned from previous management through the combined efforts of First Guardian Group and Jupiter Communities. The firms have established a preferred mutual relationship to share their knowledge and experience on a non-exclusive basis in order to meet the needs of TIC ownership groups. The group actively seeks to add new TIC ownership groups as clients.
