David Gibbons Partner, Chief Operating Officer. For the past 30 years, Mr. Gibbons has been responsible for the development and/or construction of over one hundred projects at Barry Swenson Builder, totaling $500 million+ in value, with an excellent record of on-time and within-budget completion. Mr. Gibbons is licensed as a General Contractor and has developed expertise in historical rehabilitation/repositioning and new construction of commercial, industrial, residential, retail, and medical facilities. Mr. Gibbons graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a dual degree in Construction and Architectural Engineering. |
