William P. Ryan Vice President. Bill Ryan commands over 30 years experience in real estate. His experience includes managing land acquisitions, lease and contract negotiations, financing, liaison with governmental agencies, community and client relationships, permits, and construction contracting. Mr. Ryan is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a degree in Business Administration. As a Vice President at Barry Swenson Builder, he has directed more than 5 million square feet of construction and development projects, including office, research and development, industrial and warehousing construction, and the renovation of historic buildings. The projects were negotiated build to suits for either the company's portfolio or investor sales. His development group was responsible for land selections, acquisition, tenant negotiations, entitlements, financing, construction, and property management or sale. During the past 30 years, Mr. Ryan has been a member of the following organizations: Rotary International, San Jose Downtown Association, YMCA, San Jose Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce, and the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers. |
